If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship to your location.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed the next business day.

4. TOTAL DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

8. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
We take full responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered.

10. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
11. FAILED DELIVERY / UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a delivery attempt fails:

The carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel
If the parcel is returned to us:

We may reship (additional shipping fee may apply), or

Issue a refund minus shipping costs
